The Community Foundation of Sarasota County believes an investment in education is an investment in our community's future. And we believe that all who wish to further their education and increase future potential far success should have an equal chance to take advantage of the opportunities available to them. That's why we are proud to offer our Adult Learner Scholarship Program to all prospective and current students residing in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, and DeSoto Counties.

Only students who will be 24 years of age or older as of December 31, 2020 may apply for educational funding through our Adult Scholarship Program. If you will be under 24 years of age as of this date,

Special Eligibility Requirements:

This application is only available to students who:

         1. are residents of Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, or DeSoto Counties for 1 year or longer

         2. will not be receiving a renewable scholarship or another scholarship from the foundation for the 2020-2021 school year

         3. will be 24 years of age or older as of December 31, 2020

*No other students should apply using this form, as all ineligible applications will be automatically denied.
